Carr Company Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

Our ESOP is a company-funded retirement plan that holds 100% of Carr Company shares in a trust for eligible employees. Employees don't contribute; instead, they earn shares annually through their service. Over time, this helps build long-term wealth at no cost to them. The vested value of each employee's ESOP account is paid out after retirement or upon leaving the company.
