OUR SERVICES
Carr Company is a full-service manufacturer’s representative firm serving Florida and the Carribean. Our goal is to add value to our manufacturers’ by creating demand at all levels of the channel, driving business and increasing market share. In order to accomplish those goals, we provide the following:
Outside Sales
Twenty-five outside sales reps that are specifically dedicated to their respective segments of the industry, including residential, commercial, MRO and showroom.
Inside Sales
A full range of support through customer service, local fulfillment of administrative needs quotations and customer information needed to complete sales.
Communications
We are well equipped to communicate upstream to our manufacturers and downstream to our channel partners – wholesalers, contractors, engineers, builders and showrooms with the right blend of personnel, telecommunications, and networking that delivers the message.
Warehousing
If the market demands it – we provide it. We can effectively manage both buy/sell and consigned inventories to give our manufacturers the competitive edge.
Training
We believe strongly in training – at all levels of the channel. We train either at our facility or yours, with working product, as a platform to educate engineers, contractors or wholesalers.
Technology
We have the ability to connect with external manufacturer systems, customers or our people with our own internal systems. All of our outside sales people are equipped with the latest technology to be the most efficient and provide the highest level of service to the market.

CARR COMPANY HAS AGREED TO ACQUIRE SUNCOAST SALES ASSETS

Carr Company has agreed to acquire substantially all assets of Suncoast Sales LLC in accordance with a purchase agreement. The acquisition brings together the experience, skills and talents of two successful Florida agencies to expand footprint and scale. Additionally, it offers quicker execution for our manufacturers and a consolidated line card of synergistic products that can be bundled to create integrated solutions.

As a professional sales agency, our customers span the full spectrum when it comes to adapting to the new available technologies. Within our industry, there are still customers that fax in hand-written purchase orders, while others are fully involved in vendor managed inventory. We have customers that still require binders and catalogs, and others that can’t stand to have any paper on their desks and demand that transactions be communicated electronically.

As fall approaches, so does the slew of annual plumbing conferences and meetings that have traditionally been scheduled this time of year. You’ve probably already made plans to attend at least one, if not more, of these events. And your communications in recent weeks with business partners, colleagues and peers have likely included questions of “Who’s going where and when?”

These events can be very effective business tools, but there is, of course, a cost to participate.
